Purpose Assessments

These purpose assessments can be bundled with Yannik's individual and team coaching programs or used à la carte. These assessments are proven to  accelerate growth and increase the odds of individuals and teams accomplishing their purpose.

(Human Performance Assessment)

Raises self-awareness to provide insights that leverage strengths, predict weaknesses, and positively impact performance.

This assessment is used by corporate executives, military special operations units, professional athletes, Olympians, and faith leaders to help them perform at their best when it matters most. The TAIS reveals predictable thought patterns and interpersonal preferences and tendencies—particularly under pressure—and compares your scores to thousands of people in your industry. With a comparative sample of over 250,000 respondents, the TAIS is a remarkable tool for building awareness and identifying clear coaching targets for leaders.

(Communication Preference Assessment)

Increases self-awareness to your and others’ responses and communication needs, particularly during conflict.

An individual and team assessment tool which increases self-awareness in four areas: how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress and how you solve problems. The DiSC helps to improve working relationships by recognizing the communication needs of team members. With over 1 million users a year, the DiSC is among the more popular tools to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication.

Organizational Culture Assessments

A facilitated, collaborative process of determining the organization’s values profile.

The Catalyst Values Index (CVI) is an individual and organizational assessment process designed to help individuals identify and prioritize their values and determine the correlation of those values with organizational values. Values are core, fundamental attitudes that shape and guide our thoughts, beliefs and behavior. To the extent that an individual’s values overlap with organizational values, there is alignment. To the extent there is alignment of values, people are more connected to the vision, mission, and people at their workplace.
